2011 Cosplays and 2012 plans

Gah, so somehow this year it felt like I hadn't really made many new cosplays, but I actually made a lot o_o;



Katsucon: Bulma, Dende, SSJ Gohan (remake of 2006-2008 versions)
March Toronto AnimeCon (MTAC): Near
Anime Central: North Italy Gakuen Uniform, Shampoo
Otakon: Yugi Muto, Shampoo (2nd outfit), Light Yagami
FanExpo: Harry Potter


Recently freaked out at how many wigs, shoes, fabric, furs, resin casting materials, etc. that glayish and I have stockpiled... hahahha X_x;;;. I realised I haven't had a list to keep track of my plans for a LONG time OTL. So I have made one.




Zane Truesdale (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX)
TENTATIVE for December Toronto AnimeCon 2011 (DTAC).....
I'd need to find the wigs and somehow YGO GX the shit up out of that Obelisk Blue coat XD
Materials: Have the pants. I'd just unhem Yugi pants and let them down.


Nyotalia North Italy (Hetalia)
Don't know when? Was considering this for Hetalia Day 2011, but that didn't end up happening OTL
Materials: Have everything except belts



Amelia wil tesla Seyruun (Slayers)
ARGH this is kept getting pushed back! Ever since 2006 I've wanted to redo Amelia. We even at one point were going to have a full group, but Lina kept bailing out on it :l.... shit that. I want to use my huge stockpile of fabric already!
Materials: have the wig, the boots to cover, the fabric for tunic & cape, resin for gem casting, belt, leather, fur & pink dye....... Just gotta start making it damnit!!
glayish will be Zelgadis. And if I get the time I'll make Pokota (the flying green enchanted stuffed animal from Slayers Revolution & Evolution-R)


Amelia wil tesla Seyruun (Slayers)
NEW DREAM DRESS. My first one was Amelia's Slayers NEXT Princess dress. Admittedly I knew nothing of make-up and dress-making at all OTL. I think I could have probably done that outfit a lot differently. Luckily, my fav anime girl has another dress from Slayers TRY.


Usually the costumes I do are never crazy extravagant. I think I want to try embellishment and grandness.

Not sure when this will be for, but I do want to do it next year.
